Stable Supply
PALTAC believes that our mission is to reliably deliver "daily necessities" that are indispensable to people's lives at all times. To ensure the stable delivery of our products not only in times of peace but also in times of emergency, we are strengthening our logistics infrastructure to cope with various challenges, including natural disasters.
By constantly reflecting our experiences during disasters in our BCP, we will not only strengthen our facilities, but also build optimal operations to ensure that the products that enrich our daily lives are available "at any time" and "at any price". We are committed to maintaining and sustaining the "stable supply" that supports such a natural part of our daily lives.

Emergency private power generator

Redundant servers
Constructed a system that does not shut down in the event of an emergency -
Mutual shipping system
Even if one center is unable to ship, alternative shipping can be handled from other centers
Establishment of an organizational structure in the event of a disaster
In the event of an earthquake with an intensity of 6 or greater on the Japanese seismic intensity scale, we have established a system to immediately assess the disaster situation and, if necessary, set up a "Disaster Response Headquarters" at our headquarters, As a company that handles daily necessities, we are taking on the challenge of building a robust distribution network that can withstand contingencies throughout the supply chain through inter-company collaboration.
At the time of the Noto Peninsula earthquake in January 2024, the Disaster Response Headquarters was set up immediately after the earthquake to promptly confirm the safety of employees and their families in the affected areas and the extent of damage, while the Headquarters and other Branch Offices worked together to promote various measures for business continuity, including alternative shipments.

Participation in the Cosme Bank Project as a partner company
-
Under the slogan of "Smile for Women and the Earth," the Cosme Bank Project collects old specification products that have undergone product renewal, unopened products that have been returned to stores, and other good products that are of acceptable quality but difficult to resell, and distributes them free of charge to women in financial difficulty, thereby helping to solve Section 2 issues facing women, companies, and the global environment as a whole society. As an intermediary distributor of cosmetics, PALTAC promotes activities that are supported by the manufacturers with whom we do business.
