Social Media Guidelines

The Social Media Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") set forth the rules for the use of official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official Accounts") established by PALTAC CORPORATION In order to achieve better communication, please read and understand these rules before using the Official Accounts.
Please refer to the Social Media Policy for official accounts operated by PALTAC. If there are separate terms of use or community guidelines for social media, please refer to them as well.

1.Compliance with the Terms of Use and these Guidelines

All users are required to abide by the terms of use and guidelines of each social media platform when using an Official Account. Use of an Official Account" refers to browsing, posting, commenting, etc. on the Group's Official Accounts.

2.Precautions

  • When using the Official Account, you are requested to confirm your permission to access your name, profile picture, gender, network, user ID, friends list, and any other information that is publicly available to all users.

    If you continue to do so, you will be deemed to have agreed to these guidelines.

  • If the User registers as a follower of the Account, he/she will be deemed to have granted the Account access to the account and profile information that the User has made public.

  • We reserve the right to stop a User from committing or attempting to commit an act that violates these Guidelines. In such cases, we may block access to the account or take other necessary measures without any prior notice to the user.

3.Disclaimer

  • The Company reserves the right to change or delete information provided on the official account without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked to our official account.

  • Please note that we will not be able to respond to all of your submissions.

  • We are not responsible for any content posted by users. User postings are personal opinions and do not reflect the opinions of TOYO.

  • TOYO is not responsible for any damage caused by troubles between users or between users and third parties.

  • Any text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, page layout, design or any other content posted by users to the Official Account is protected by their respective copyrights, trademarks, service mark rights, patent rights, or other proprietary rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to be bound by all applicable copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, and other proprietary rights and laws.

  • TOYO, as the operator, shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising from your use of the Official Accounts or your inability to use the Official Accounts for any reason. In addition, we are unable to answer any questions regarding the system operation status or technical issues of each social media service, or questions regarding software functions or usage methods.

  • The operation of the official accounts may be terminated or deleted without prior notice.

4.Prohibited Matters

Please do not post any of the following prohibited items to the Official Account. We may delete applicable posts (comments, photos, videos, links, and other contents) as necessary, and may block access to this account for users who engage in prohibited activities.

(1) Posting of commercial posts or URLs for yourself or third parties

(2) Writing that is slanderous, libelous, or offensive to public order and morals

(3) Writings that infringe on the rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, etc.)

(4) Writing that makes other users uncomfortable (obscene, violent, cruel, discriminatory expressions, etc.)

(5) Actions that interfere with the smooth operation of the site or cause inconvenience to others

(6) Expressions that mislead everyone with personal experiences, impressions, unfounded rumors, etc.

(7) Posts related to politics, religion, or ideology

(8) Private information (your or others' e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, etc.)

(9) Posts using another person's name or handle name, so-called "spoofing".

(10) Names of other companies or products of other companies, or expressions comparing other companies.

(11) Advertisements, affiliate advertisements, or other promotional or solicitation activities.

(12) Posting or transmitting harmful computer programs, etc.

(13) Content that is unrelated to the content of the official account.

(14) Content that is deemed to be in violation of the terms of use of each social media outlet.

(15) Actions that are or may be against laws, regulations, ethics, or public order and morals

(16) Content that aims to commit a criminal act or induce a criminal act

(17) Other statements or works that the administrator deems inappropriate for the operation of the official account.

5.Notes on the content and information posted on the account

  • Information such as comments, images, and videos posted to the official account by users may be published in printed materials, newsletters, websites, etc. for the purpose of advertising, publicity, and promotion of use without the consent of the user. Even in this case, PALTAC is not obligated to display the user name of the original posting. In addition, even if the content of a post is similar to a product that will be developed, announced, or sold by the Group in the future, the submitter will not receive any compensation or any rights associated with the development of the product.
  • The copyrights and other rights, such as images and videos, of the posts and comments distributed by the Official Account belong to the Official Account and to the right holders recognized by the Official Account.
  • The Official Account does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information posted or commented on.

6.Changes to the Service and Terms of Use

These guidelines are subject to change without the consent of the user. In such cases, the modified Guidelines shall become effective at the time they are posted. After such time, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the content of the revised guidelines.

We reserve the right to change these guidelines without the consent of the user.

7.Privacy Policy

When obtaining personal information from users, we will manage it appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy and handling of personal information.
