Social Media Policy
We, PALTAC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PALTAC”), have established and will comply with the “PALTAC Social Media Policy” (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) regarding the operation of official accounts on social media (hereinafter referred to as “official social media accounts”).
1.Purpose of Social Media Participation
PALTAC aims to disseminate information on its products and services through social media to enhance its ability to disseminate information as a company responsible for the distribution of products that are indispensable to people's lives and to help improve the wellbeing of all users of its products. Specifically, we will participate in social media for the following four purposes.
(1) To listen to consumers' opinions and impressions of PALTAC and to gain a deeper understanding of what products and services customers truly desire.
(2) To make more people aware of the products and services offered by PALTAC.
(3) To let more customers know the passion of PALTAC employees for PALTAC's products and services.
(4) To increase customer satisfaction and trust in PALTAC and the products we offer through honest dialogue with our customers.

3.Stance on social media participation
PALTAC understands that social media is a place for communication based on personal connections, that it is open to the world at large, and that once information is sent out, it cannot be completely reversed.
(1)PALTAC employees, regardless of their organization or employment status, shall not only comply with national and local laws and regulations, but also with internal rules such as "PALTAC MIND," "Employment Regulations," and "Policies," which are standards of conduct for PALTAC employees.
(2)We will listen to the voices of consumers and actively provide information to make the experience as beneficial as possible for participating customers.
(3)We will be careful about the content and manner in which we disseminate information, and will endeavor to avoid misinformation or giving customers the wrong impression.
(4)We will promptly correct any misinformation or misleading expressions.
(5)We will not misrepresent our identities, and will communicate and interact with others in a sensible manner.
(6)We will observe the rules of each social media site established and operated by a third party and respect the culture and etiquette of each social media site.
(7) We will respect the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other rights of third parties, and will take care not to defame them.
