Message from the Officer in Charge

PALTAC is engaged in business with the aim of realizing "affluent and comfortable lifestyles for people" through distribution. To achieve this goal, we must continue to create new value that helps solve social issues as a company that supports the social infrastructure of distribution in an ever-changing environment. In other words, we believe that the most important element of our "sustainability" is how we align the challenges of society with the challenges of our business and seek to resolve them.

In April 2024, we established the Administrative Headquarters to efficiently address sustainability issues such as the promotion of human capital management and the achievement of carbon neutrality. I believe that my role in this organization is to ensure that sustainability and business activities are harmonized throughout the company.

There are many Sections that are involved in promoting sustainability in a complex supply chain. As an intermediary distributor, we have many opportunities to contribute to solving social issues. We are building a company where everyone can challenge themselves through their daily work to find ways to evolve the social ties and efficient logistics systems that we have built up over the years.

For more than 125 years since our founding, we have worked together with our many stakeholders. For the next 100 years, we will do our utmost to create a sustainable "the future" where we "live together, create value together, and grow together" with our stakeholders.
