Compliance
In order to earn the trust of our stakeholders and achieve sustainable growth, we believe it is important for each and every employee to not only comply with all laws and regulations, but also to observe social manners and rules, and to act with high ethical standards. For this reason, PALTAC continuously conducts educational activities and employee training to deepen each employee's understanding of the importance of compliance.
We have also established a "Whistleblower Hotline" to detect and resolve issues such as legal violations and misconduct as quickly as possible. We have established one internal and two external hotlines to provide an environment in which employees can more easily consult with the hotline.

Establishment of the Industrial Waste Manual
PALTAC has established rules prohibiting bribery, and prohibits any and all acts that are or may be considered violations, such as providing economic benefits to public officials, regardless of the amount of money, as an inappropriate inducement to maintain or acquire business or to provide business-related favors.
We have prepared an "Industrial Waste Manual" that outlines the procedures for waste disposal, and we dispose of waste legally and properly in accordance with the manual.
