Commitment to In-house DevelopmentAt the core of PALTAC's business activities is an overwhelming commitment to low-cost management that pursues optimization and efficiency in every aspect.
One of the ways we do this is through in-house development of systems and equipment. Instead of spending time and money to adapt commercially available package tools to our company, we develop optimal systems and equipment in-house on our own.
In addition to in-house systems, various support systems and information technologies for the Sales Department and Purchasing Department, we also develop advanced logistics functions and distribution equipment to support our large distribution center, RDC (Regional Distribution Center). We also own a number of patented equipment.
By developing optimal systems and equipment in-house, we are able to analyze sales activities and RDC operations, make precise work forecasts, and speedily improve operations.
